  IMPACT OF NATURE ON MENTAL HEALTH

Mental Health is a state of mental well being which helps a person to deal with day-to-day stress life. Mental Health is one of those factors along with many other factors which affects the human body. It's as important as physical health. If a person is not mentally fit then he/she will not be able to concentrate in any of the work or activity despite being physically fit. Let's take an example of a boss and an employee, suppose one day the boss scolds the employee due to any reason in front of a whole office staff and that employee thinks again and again that the boss scolded him in front of the whole staff, what will happen, it'll affect him to do his work with full concentration. It'll affect his mental health.
         Mental Health can be cured through various factors, one of those is the Natural Environment. Spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Nature has that power that can relax an individual's mind. Nature can generate many positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity and can help to gain concentration. When we connect with nature, our body and mind heal, a person gets relaxed with the day-to-day chaos life. 
       


         Let's take an example of a person working in a metro city and another person who is working in a town or a village who is more connected to nature than a person who is living in a city. Which person is more mentally free among these two, if you ask me then it's a person who is living in a town or a village, free from a chaotic life and stressful life. In today's era where every 1 or 2 year technology is changing, our world is changing, people are running towards money. A person who is living in a village wants to go to the city, no doubt it's important to make a career but if a person earning 100 Rupees wants to earn 200 Rupees and if a person earning 200 Rupees wants to earn 500 Rupees, this race never going to an end and it's creates a mental pressure on an individual. This also separates you from your family. If you are earning less but you are living happily with your family and you are happy with your life so isn't it better than living a life with too much chaos and stress.
             Environment can increase or reduce our stress, which in turn impacts our bodies. The stress of an unpleasant environment can cause you to feel anxious, or sad, or helpless. A pleasing environment reverses that. People who have plants and greenery around them, around their society, have more unity with the people around them and are more free from stressful life. It's often said to grow more and more plants and trees for a better life.
